How we work

Five stages. One accountable transaction path.

Origin → Structure → Finance → Move → Deliver. Every stage has defined evidence, responsible parties and a stop condition before the next commitment is made.

01

Origin

Decision question

Is there a real, authorised and supportable supply requirement?

Work performed

Qualify the buyer, seller, product, provenance, specification, volume and timing. Map market access and identify the first documentary gaps.

Required evidence

Corporate authority · product file · origin evidence · mandate scope

Stop condition

Unclear authority, unverifiable product or an uneconomic route.

02

Structure

Decision question

Can the commercial and legal interfaces be allocated coherently?

Work performed

Define contract architecture, pricing basis, Incoterm, title and risk transfer, inspection, acceptance, default and exception rights.

Required evidence

Term sheet · contract path · responsibility matrix · open-issues register

Stop condition

Unallocated title, quality, sanctions, delivery or default exposure.

03

Finance

Decision question

Is the payment and working-capital path credible?

Work performed

Design documentary credit, pre-payment, inventory, insurance and guarantee pathways as appropriate to the transaction.

Required evidence

Funding concept · payment instrument · collateral map · conditions precedent

Stop condition

Unacceptable banking channel, unsupported credit or misaligned cash conversion.

04

Move

Decision question

Can the cargo travel lawfully and physically?

Work performed

Coordinate inspection, terminal, storage, customs, dangerous-goods, transport, insurance and fallback-route requirements through qualified providers.

Required evidence

Route file · inspection plan · customs dependencies · logistics confirmations

Stop condition

No feasible terminal, transport, insurance, classification or lawful route.

05

Deliver

Decision question

Can documents, acceptance and settlement close without ambiguity?

Work performed

Manage documentary consistency, quantity and quality evidence, delivery acceptance, settlement conditions and exception escalation.

Required evidence

Document set · acceptance record · settlement file · exception log

Stop condition

Material documentary mismatch, non-conforming cargo or unresolved settlement condition.

Execution is conditional, documented and role-specific.

Bethar may act as originator, trading counterparty, project developer or coordinator, depending on the transaction. Banks, insurers, inspectors, legal advisers, customs professionals, terminals and carriers remain responsible for their regulated, technical or contracted services.

A commercial opportunity does not progress because the expected spread is attractive. It progresses only when the evidence, authority, compliance, financing and delivery path are aligned.

Business enquiries

Bring us a defined requirement.

Product, specification, volume, origin or destination, delivery window, Incoterm and proposed payment instrument. We will confirm whether the mandate is within scope.
